Each appointment is allocated a full hour, ensuring ample time for assessment, treatment, and clear understanding of your goals. Every session is £60, reflecting consistent, high-quality care and the time dedicated to your success.

  • Initial Consultation (£60)
    A comprehensive assessment and in-depth discussion to understand your history, current concerns, and goals. This session focuses on identifying any underlying issues, and causes, developing a tailored plan, and initiating treatment to lay the foundation for building resilience and supporting your journey toward optimal recovery and performance.

  • Follow-Up Appointment (£60)
    Ongoing assessment and progression of your plan to address your evolving needs. These sessions focus on hands-on treatment when necessary, refining and advancing movement patterns with progressively challenging exercises to build resilience while being open to adjusting strategies to ensure continued progress toward your goals.

  • Sports Massage (£60)
    A targeted, hands-on treatment designed to relieve muscle tension, improve mobility, and promote recovery. Each session is tailored to your specific needs, supporting your development and aiding in optimal recovery to help you move and perform at your best.
